Sunrise Beach Yoga​

Join us for the first-ever Tri-Con Sunrise Beach Yoga! Yoga will take place on the beach in front of the Grand Hotel. Enjoy beautiful views of the ocean and sunrise while doing an hour-long instructor-led yoga session.  Kristin Quinn from Ocean City Yoga will be leading the session. No prior yoga experience is needed to participate. Yoga mats will be provided.
$30 early-bird registration/$40 standard registration.
